Chocolate vodka, dustbin pizza, Western Cape Waterblommetjies (water lilies), how to clean a crayfish, make champagne sauce and potjie bread – you don’t have to travel to try these wonderful recipes, but cooked out in the open, even in your back garden, does add to the excitement.
